"Our house found its ‘soul’ in the 60’s and although well maintained, it retained it 60’s feel with dark internal brickwork, a flat roof and exposed rafters. We were always going to struggle in a market fixated on white tiles, polished floorboards and granite benchtops – doubly so in a market running scared of the global financial crisis. But Nonie Ressler and her team outperformed our expectations. Open houses consistently produced more inspections than anticipated, and what we noticed particularly was the variety in the style of marketing that was used. There was no sense that the process was going ‘stale’ at any stage. The follow up of these initial inspections was quite assiduous & produced numerous second or third visits. The global economic climate took some of these interests out of the equation but in due course our residence sold at a price satisfactory given overall market conditions. Selling your own house is never a pleasurable experience but the Ressler Property team made it as painless as they could, they produced a good result in difficult circumstances, we remain friends and will use only Nonie and her team should we again enter the real estate market."
