Profile
Grays Point Originally owned by Samuel William. Grays Point was subdivided into residential land in 1910. Most of the land was re-subdivided and extensive residential development occurred in the 1950's when the Shire expanded quickly. Grays Point is serviced by a small group of shops being a convenience store, hair dresser and bottle shop and is a short drive to Gymea Shopping Village or Westfield's Shopping Miranda. Grays Point adjoins, Gymea, Gymea Bay, Kirrawee and Port Hacking River. Many homes have views of the Port Hacking River and the Royal National Park. Public access to the river is at the end of Swallow Rock Road by a large flat grassy reserve where there is a sandy beach ideal for swimming, a boat ramp, and BBQ facilities. Access can also be gained at the end of Grays Point Rd where it is ideal for fishing.
